This privacy policy is intended to inform users of our website in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by Soulsites OÜ.
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations as well as this privacy policy.

Automated Data Collection When Visiting Our Website
Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer. The following data is collected:

The use of webgo is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the most reliable possible presentation of our website. Data Processing Agreement
We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the above-mentioned provider. This is a contract required under data protection law, which ensures that they only process the personal data of our website visitors according to our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
3. Collection and Storage of Personal Data and the Nature and Purpose of Their Use
Contact Form
If you have any questions of any kind for us, we offer you the opportunity to contact us via a form provided on the website. It is necessary to provide a valid email address so that we know who the inquiry comes from and can respond to it. Additional information can be provided voluntarily.
Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR based on your voluntarily given consent.
The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after completing the processing of your inquiry). Mandatory legal provisions – particularly retention periods – remain unaffected.
Newsletter with Mailerlite
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified email address and agree to receive the newsletter. No further data is collected or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.
For sending our newsletters, we use MailerLite, a service of UAB “MailerLite”, Paupio g. 46, Vilnius, LT-11341, Lithuania. Your email address and other data you provide are stored on MailerLite’s servers. MailerLite uses this information to send and evaluate newsletters on our behalf.
Processing of data entered into the newsletter registration form is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke the consent given for storing the data, the email address, and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter. The legality of data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you have deposited with us for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted after canceling the newsletter subscription both from our servers and from MailerLite’s servers. Data stored with us for other purposes remains unaffected.
